Sub-processors
The services we use to run naqqad, and what each one is for. A processor here means one that can see some part of your data, never one we use only for our own internal tooling.

Stripe | Payment processing for subscriptions and one-time purchases. |
Resend | Transactional email delivery - sign-in links, scan reports, and receipts. |
GitHub | Source code access, through the GitHub App, for repositories you connect. |
Together | AI-assisted analysis - selected source files and code excerpts, for organisations where we have enabled it. Naqqad does not use your code or findings to train AI models. Our AI provider, Together, is configured not to store prompts or responses, not to use them for training, and not to pass them to other model providers. |
Sentry | Error monitoring, EU region - scrubbed error reports only, with no request bodies, cookies, or emails, and only when error monitoring is enabled. |
